Regarding the Project** 1. Define clear and achievable project objectives. 2. Anticipate and manage risks required by the project. 3. Manage project quality. 4. Ensure proper management of the three constraints (quality, cost, and time). 5. Manage deadlines to ensure timely project completion. 6. Manage physical, financial, and human resources and their allocation to tasks. **II. Regarding the Company** 1. Ensure project objectives remain aligned with the company’s strategic goals. 2. Guide decision-making processes to deliver outcomes beneficial to the company. 3. Obtain formal approvals from management on project parameters. 4. Keep management informed about project performance and status. 5. Be obligated to respect—and ensure others respect—the company’s organizational process assets. 6. Act within the limits of delegated authority. **III. Regarding the Project Team** 1. Participate in assembling the project team: define profiles with required competencies. 2. Guide and/or delegate responsibilities to the team while providing necessary supervision. 3. Negotiate with external suppliers to ensure all required information is available at the appropriate time. 4. Conduct timely monitoring and control using project tools, methods, metrics, and schedules. 5. Provide development and training opportunities for team members. 6. Foster a shared vision and mission. **Expected Outcomes** **I. Performance** * **On-Time Delivery (Schedule):** The project must be completed and delivered on the agreed date, respecting timelines and deadlines established in the initial plan. * **Completion Within Budget (Cost):** The project’s total cost must not exceed the approved budget. This requires efficient management during project development. * **Deliverable Quality:** The project must strictly comply with all technical specifications, quality standards, construction codes, and applicable regulations. **II.
