




**Position Objective:** Clean, standardize, and consolidate field-captured data to ensure the digital tool inventory database is consistent, complete, and usable. Responsible for catalogs, field integrity, reconciliation with existing master lists, and generating simple dashboards for progress and results. **Job Responsibilities:** * Receive daily batches of records captured by inventory technicians and consolidate them into the master working database. * Clean data by verifying completeness of mandatory fields, identifying duplicates, input errors, and inconsistent data. * Standardize catalogs for family, subfamily, status, criticality, location, and any other key fields according to criteria defined with the PM and client. * Reconcile the collected database against the client's master list or previous records, identifying gaps (missing items, excess, discrepancies), and documenting them. * Maintain version control of work files and ensure proper data backup. * Create simple dashboards and progress reports (by zone, family, status, criticality) for the PM and client to monitor project advancement. * Prepare the final database in Excel format, including inventory sheets, catalogs, and validations, ready for delivery and migration to the client’s inventory systems.
