Manage the Customer Care/Experience Center operations, ensuring proper execution of warehousing processes according to SWAP, DOA, +45, RE, REJECTIONS, DAMAGED, NEW PS. PEPS. 1. Receiving orders from the Central Warehouse. 2. Packaging equipment for shipment to technical service. 3. Receiving and dispatching equipment to/from technical service. 4. Receiving delivery notes in SAP FIORI. 5. Physical validation of equipment and entry into SAP LOGON. 6. Transferring equipment between internal CAC warehouses. 7. Managing equipment obsolescence. 8. Reporting and tracking incidents, if necessary. 9. Weekly inventories. 10. Managing and correctly completing the warehouse movement logbook. 11. Generating weekly replenishment suggestions (if required, on Mondays and Wednesdays). 12. Conducting inventories as requested by Logistics and external agencies (RGIS). 13. Monthly inventory reconciliation and justification (Logistics).
