You will supervise compliance with established standards. **Your responsibilities:** * Facilitate learning by modeling and maintaining academic rigor, guiding content and promoting student learning, always focused on fostering school culture within the community. * Generate and promote a risk prevention culture through didactic activities and situations that encourage respect, inclusion, and action, tailored to students' needs to create a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment within the student community. **Main responsibilities:** * Manage and execute academic, disciplinary, and character education activities comprehensively in the classroom, with the primary function of implementing the teaching process. * Faithfully implement the SER Model, applying tools designed for the school psychologist role. Maintain an open attitude toward change and feedback. * Understand, manage, and monitor students' academic results, establishing improvement plans and actions in coordination with the principal and teachers through weekly meetings, aiming to analyze progress, identify gaps among students, and close them. **Job challenges:** * Engage with families, always accompanied by the School Principal, being responsible for addressing academic and behavioral issues to resolve concerns and strengthen the school's strategies toward students and their families. The requirements you must meet are the following: **Knowledge:** * Prevention culture regarding school bullying. * Battery of psychometric tests for children. * Strategic KPIs. * Planning and strategy. * Customer Experience Diagnosis (Diagnóstico XP Cliente). * Cultural transformation. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in psychology (degree and professional license required). * Master's degree in education, pedagogy, educational sciences, or psychology (desirable). **Experience:** * **Minimum of 3 years** measuring student performance, focused on achieving set objectives individually, with the School Principal, and collectively at the elementary level. * Application of psychometric tests for students (elementary level). **Competencies:** * Analytical skills to propose solutions. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Adaptability to change. * Ability to work under pressure. * Continuous learning.
