




We are looking for a highly competent **Administrative Manager** to join our team at a leading company in the distribution of seafood products. **If you meet the following requirements, please contact us for any questions or clarifications at 56 3112 4797** **Requirements:** * Master’s degree in Business Administration (Desirable), Management, or a related field. * Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position. * Proven experience managing teams and leading staff. * Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of the food distribution sector, preferably seafood (desirable). * Exceptional communication and organizational skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet established deadlines. * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative management tools. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily administrative office activities. * Manage and lead the administrative team, ensuring clear and effective communication. * Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies specific to the seafood distribution sector. * Make operational decisions to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. * Interpret financial statements. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper implementation of administrative procedures. * Manage the executive team’s schedule and commitments. * Prepare periodic reports on administrative activities and present improvement suggestions. **We offer:** * Base salary, paid weekly. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Dynamic and growing work environment. * Opportunities for professional development and growth.
