





Efficiently control the inventories of the Rooms, Food and Beverage, and Kitchen areas, ensure the proper storage and preservation of materials, and promptly deliver them when requested. Organize and classify all merchandise in the warehouse according to product type and category, ensuring that perishable goods or food items are not stored with other products to prevent contamination. Monitor and control the temperature of refrigeration equipment by periodically checking temperatures to prevent thawing, food damage, and inventory losses. Verify that products supplied by vendors match those requested via purchase requisition, check invoice totals, and request replacement of invoices if necessary. Control the entry and exit of products from the warehouse, including kitchen, bar, and kitchen supplies, taking into account their cost price. Establish maximum and minimum stock levels based on average monthly consumption to prevent over-purchasing or stockouts. In special cases, carry out purchases of required products. Keep the warehouse, equipment, and work area clean and well-organized. Schedule periodic pest control treatments to prevent infestations. Compile a monthly summary of purchase and outgoing vouchers for the accounting manager. Prepare necessary reports and records from the area for timely submission to the immediate supervisor. Update and improve current warehouse management methods. Ensure efficient dispatch of food, beverages, kitchen materials, and equipment. Conduct monthly and annual physical inventories of warehouse products and materials, or more frequently if needed, together with the Administrative Assistant and Accounting Manager.
