We seek a dynamic leader with proven experience in retail. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and supervise all daily branch operations. * Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed established targets. * Manage and motivate the sales team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Ensure excellent customer service by resolving issues and enhancing the shopping experience. * Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper product display. * Track and analyze branch performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making. * Maintain effective communication with other departments. * Train and develop staff. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in retail, preferably within the construction industry. * Strong results orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of inventory management and cost control. * Availability to work standard business hours, including weekends. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary + commissions: $17,000 MXN gross per month. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Bi-weekly food vouchers worth $650 MXN. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Savings fund contribution of 5% (starting after 3 months). * Quarterly bonus for achieving performance goals. * Direct employment contract with the company.
