




* Wash, disinfect, and properly store dishes, glassware, cutlery, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Ensure deep and consistent cleaning of work areas: kitchens, storage rooms, cold rooms, and service zones. * Properly handle and operate dishwashing machines, cleaning equipment, and chemicals according to established procedures. * Assist in setting up and breaking down service stations, buffets, and special events. * Verify that washing areas are supplied with necessary materials and supplies for operation. * Promptly report any damage or malfunction of equipment, utensils, or facilities. * Follow safety procedures and chemical control protocols. * Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain an efficient and organized workflow. * Assist in general deep cleaning tasks scheduled by the stewarding department.
