Position Summary: Supply Operator responsible for the proper receipt, secure storage, replenishment, and transfer of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and an efficient service experience. Contribute to an efficient and reliable service experience Supply Operator **Department:** Supply / Distribution Center (CEDIS) **Reports to:** Supply / Logistics Leader **Location:** Mariposa Papelerías Distribution Center, Yucatan Street #2224 between Diana la Cazadora Street and Manuel Lozada Street, Miguel Hidalgo Neighborhood, CP. 63193 Tepic, Nayarit **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 30 minutes for lunch or rest. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure proper receipt, secure storage, replenishment, and transfer of goods, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and compliance with operational timelines, directly contributing to an efficient and reliable service experience for the customer. **Responsibilities of the Supply Operator** **1\. Receive Goods** Verify that incoming items are complete and in good condition. Report shortages, damage, or discrepancies immediately. **2\. Organize Products** * Store each product in its designated location within the warehouse. * Maintain organization and ease of access for all items. **3\. Prepare Orders** * Assemble products to be shipped to customers or branches. * Ensure completeness and correctness of each order. **4\. Package Orders** * Package products properly to ensure safe delivery. * Conduct a final verification before dispatch. **5\. Support Shipments and Transfers** * Prepare goods transferred between warehouse and branches. * Ensure shipped items match the requested items. **6\. Manage Inventory** * Assist in physical counts and maintain accurate stock levels. * Report discrepancies or shortages promptly. **7\. Record Movements** * Log all incoming, internal movement, and outgoing transactions in the system. * Enter data in real time to prevent errors. **8\. Report Issues** * Report any errors, damages, or abnormal situations immediately. * Do not overlook or delay reporting errors. **9\. Maintain Order and Cleanliness** * Keep work area clean, safe, and well-organized. **10\. Collaborate as a Team Member** * Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations. * Provide support whenever required.
