We are looking for an **Operations Manager** to strategically lead our **SOC, NOC, and Back Office** teams, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, and service excellence for our clients. **Position Objective:** To comprehensively manage and supervise the operations of monitoring, support, and back office units, guaranteeing operational efficiency, proper resource administration, and adherence to organizational quality and security standards. **Main Responsibilities:** • Lead SOC, NOC, and Back Office operations. • Supervise SLA, KPI, and service-level compliance. • Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure productivity and operational efficiency. • Implement continuous improvement strategies in operational processes. • Manage critical incidents and operational escalations. • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure service continuity. • Prepare management reports and operational metrics for senior management. • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and security standards. **Requirements:** • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking, or related fields. • Experience leading SOC and/or NOC operations. • Knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and operational continuity. • Experience managing operational metrics and SLAs. • Team leadership and operational management experience. • Preferred: knowledge of cybersecurity and IT service management. **Competencies:** ✔ Strategic leadership ✔ Team management ✔ Critical incident resolution ✔ Effective communication ✔ Results orientation ✔ Analytical ability and decision-making skills Modality: On-site Location: Lima Send your CV to lhorna@plateccs.com.pe SUBJECT: Operations Manager \#Plateccs \#OperationsManager \#SOC \#NOC \#BackOffice \#Cybersecurity \#ITOperations \#Leadership
