




**1. Reception and Guest / Customer Welcome** Greet customers warmly with a professional, friendly, and elegant attitude. Confirm reservations and manage table assignments according to priorities, preferences, and customer status. Provide a first impression consistent with luxury hospitality standards. **2. Reservation Management** Record, confirm, and organize reservations according to restaurant capacity and flow. Operate reservation systems. Coordinate with other outlets to handle special requests. Keep the reservation system updated along with notes on regular customers. **3. Coordination with Service Team** Communicate reservation details to service staff (captain, waiters, sommelier, kitchen): allergies, preferences, celebrations, languages, etc. Coordinate waiting times and table turnover during breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Ensure smooth restaurant flow and optimized occupancy without compromising service quality. **4. Customer Service and Follow-up** Anticipate customer needs upon arrival, during waiting, or departure. Resolve or escalate any complaints or special requests promptly and empathetically. Conduct discreet follow-up to confirm guest satisfaction. Provide information about menus, promotions, or special hotel events. **5. Appearance and Presentation** Maintain impeccable personal appearance aligned with the establishment's luxury standards. Ensure order, cleanliness, and ambiance in the restaurant reception and lobby area. Demonstrate a positive, professional, and genuinely service-oriented attitude at all times. **6. Service Protocols and Brand Experience** Apply property standards in every interaction. Participate in daily briefings to stay informed about occupancy, events, VIPs, and daily menu. Maintain confidentiality regarding guests and special situations. **7. Administrative and Follow-up Tasks** Prepare daily reports on occupancy, guest feedback, and service observations. Assist in preparing menus, wine lists, or informational materials in coordination with marketing and kitchen teams. Record and report lost items, incidents, and maintenance requirements in the area.
