




Bachelor's degree in Accounting 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position. Payroll, Accounting Systems, and labor legislation. Microsoft Office Suite Microsoft Outlook (email) Virtual Platforms (INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE CLOUD, ODOO, COMPAQI, ONTHEMINUTE AND SIRCE.) * Calculate and record worker deductions for: alimony payments, loans, inventory discrepancies, loss or misuse of tools, and personal protective equipment (PPE). * Process personnel transactions with IMSS (SUA) and internal systems. * Support the administration of benefits and entitlements according to organizational policies, procedures, and legal requirements. * Process terminations and final settlements upon employment conclusion. * Manage employee vacation and vacation premium procedures; in cases of claims due to discrepancies, request corresponding payments. * Assist in preparing personnel incident reports and validate authorization of special leave requests for payroll and benefits processing. * Support compliance with punctuality and attendance controls as established by regulations. * Receive and register approved personnel changes in the system, and follow up on personnel actions such as appointments, promotions, substitutions, seniority recognition, incentives, professional ranking, and others. * Prepare, compile, and timely submit required reports.
