Knowledge of virtual platforms (INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE CLOUD, ODOO, COMPAQI, ONTHEMINUTE AND SIRCE). Calculate and record worker deductions for: alimony, loans, inventory differences, loss or misuse of tools and personal protective equipment (PPE). Process personnel movements with IMSS (SUA) and internal systems. Support the administration of benefits and benefits according to the organization's policies and procedures and in compliance with the law. Process settlements and final payments upon termination of employment. Process employee vacation requests and vacation bonuses; in case of claims due to discrepancies, request corresponding payments. Support the preparation of personnel incident reports and validate authorization of special permits for application in payroll and benefits. The Public Areas Assistant is responsible for maintaining excellent cleanliness and order in areas under their responsibility, according to established standards. The Public Areas Assistant maintains polite and professional interpersonal relationships with both colleagues and guests. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued to the employee must be worn at all times in the resort. * All hygiene and safety measures mandated by local government and the resort must be strictly followed at all times. * Strictly adheres to Lost and Found policies and protocols. * If assigned, uses radios responsibly in accordance with resort standards. * Responsible for disinfecting, cleaning, and maintaining the work area. * Upon arrival at the area, the first task is to ensure the assigned area is disinfected; spray the entire surface with antimicrobial germicidal product. * Exercise special care with fragile belongings and valuable items belonging to our guests, as well as assigned equipment and tools. * Report to the Housekeeping office properly uniformed at the scheduled time. * Receive area report, cleaning assignments, and storage room key (if needed). * Receive specific instructions from the supervisor regarding any required tasks, which will be prioritized. * Receive work equipment and verify it is complete. * Perform tasks according to the report or supervisor's instructions. * Prioritize model rooms and prominent arrival areas. * Responsible for polishing surfaces following supervisor’s instructions. * Maintain cleanliness of the convention center. * Wash and maintain pools and beach areas clean. * Keep beach showers clean. * Maintain cleanliness and order in dining outlets and public areas. * Wash and keep guest hallways and walkways clean. * Possess proper knowledge of operating high-pressure washers and floor polishers. * Ensure any guest requests are addressed as quickly as possible. * Clean carpets, mats, and upholstery in rooms and dining areas. * Assist with heavy-duty tasks in areas, offices, and rooms, such as moving furniture and desks. * Support coverage in other areas when necessary or during staff shortages. * Always transport work equipment covered with protective covers. * At the beginning and end of the shift, ensure equipment is left clean, orderly, and disinfected. * Follow Joy and ultra-luxury standards daily. * Attend punctually any training sessions requiring presence. * At the end of the shift, inform the supervisor of any pending or incomplete tasks. * Report any discrepancies or anomalies to the immediate supervisor. * Impeccably follow the personal appearance standards established by the resort. * Fulfill duties related or unrelated to the position based on operational needs and instructions from the supervisor/manager in charge. * Demonstrate flexibility within the role and ability to perform any assigned task.
