Experience in a similar position. Tracking of tickets and requests from immediate supervisor. **Responsibilities:** * Supporting users with installation, and corrective and preventive maintenance of low- and high-volume printing equipment. * Knowledge of high-volume printing equipment including Konica, Lexmark, Canon, Xerox, etc. * Taking physical readings and readings via applications. * Managing supplies (toner, maintenance kits, imaging units, etc.) and consumables (alcohol, lint-free cloths, compressed air, etc.). * Tracking the installed base (number of on-site devices and business channels or lines) to request spare parts and supplies. * Monitoring printer statistics and performance. * Providing assistance to assigned clients. * Technical support: Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in printers. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits from day one.
