Responsibilities: * Coordinate administrative staff and external field crews. * Plan and supervise network maintenance activities. * Ensure proper execution of field operations. * Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvements. * Execute projects in RT, passive network, and reinforcements. * Manage tools such as KMZ, OTDR, FUSION SPLICER, FFM, and technical documentation. * Prevent mass failures and ensure network availability. * Promote teamwork and operational leadership. Requirements: * Completed degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics or related field). * Experience leading technical and operational teams. * Knowledge of outside plant and networks (RT, passive network). * Proficiency with tools such as KMZ, OTDR, and FUSION SPLICER. * Results-oriented, leadership, and proactive mindset.
