Position: Construction Supervisor – Remote Northern Region of the Country **Grupo Balle**, a company with over 18 years of experience providing comprehensive solutions in maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation of properties nationwide, is seeking talented individuals to join our team as: **Construction Supervisor** * **Work location:** Remote – Northern region of the country * **Monthly salary:** $20,000 net * **Per diems:** Monthly * **Transportation:** Covered by the company **Main responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper execution of construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation projects. * Coordinate and monitor on-site project progress. * Manage operational personnel and on-site resources. * Prepare technical and administrative reports. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Essential requirements:** * **Professional degree and license** (preferably in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field). * **Availability to travel frequently** to various locations in the northern part of the country. * Proven experience in simultaneously **supervising at least 2 construction sites**. * Ability to drive **automatic and manual transmission vehicles**. * Possession of a **valid driver's license**. **We are looking for individuals who are:** * Leaders with a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills. * Proactive, committed, and responsible in process follow-up. * Capable of making decisions and solving problems on-site.
