**Job Description** Provide accurate operational and administrative logistics tracking for the HUB’s daily delivery routes via the vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to delivery and pickup timeframes to achieve timely and accurate merchandise delivery to scheduled stores. **Responsibilities** * Review vehicle departure and arrival times at stores using logs related to the HUB’s daily route scheduling for store deliveries, ensuring compliance with merchandise delivery and pickup timeframes. * Support the HUB Coordinator in special situations by conducting administrative route tracking through logs to monitor control, fuel efficiency, and merchandise receipt and delivery. * Review fleet incidents and follow up with stores to track merchandise delivery incidents. * Conduct vehicle inspections (checklist\- proper fueling, detailed vehicle inspection) and enforce policies outlined in the Vehicle Manual and fueling process. * Evaluate collector productivity through the manifest loading and receipt process (Store Number, Pieces, and Merchandise). * Respond to and follow up with stores to clarify questions via phone calls and emails. * Resolve delays, clarify questions, and deliver courier packages to ensure correct item delivery. Perform inventory activities by monitoring merchandise variances through report tracking and item location. * **Requirements** * Technical degree or equivalent * Two or three years of experience * Prior experience in Logistics Route Supervision, warehouse operations, inventory control, retail sales, or distribution * Valid driver’s license * Availability to work Monday through Sunday AutoZone de México is the leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories in the Americas.
