Demonstrates strong initiative and natural leadership to ensure customer satisfaction, care for personnel, and a positive work environment. Plans and schedules production activities to meet objectives; supervises and controls processes to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency standards; identifies opportunities for improvement; maintains effective communication with direct reports and supporting departments; and safeguards installed assets within the assigned area. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards * Supervise adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures. * Verify that products and processes comply with established quality standards. * Propose improvements to enhance safety, productivity, and quality levels. 2\.
