Work location: Chihuahua Bus Terminal If you have experience in personnel management, package loading and unloading, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations, this is your opportunity. As a Package Manager, you will be responsible for: * Supervising the daily operations of the courier service, * Coordinating with the team to ensure efficiency and punctuality in package deliveries. * Documenting and managing the daily package flow. * Leading and training courier staff. * Building customer relationships and promoting our services. You will manage personnel by assigning tasks and monitoring performance to maintain high service standards. Requirements: * Proven experience in courier and logistics management. * Demonstrated leadership and staff training skills. * Excellent customer service and service promotion abilities. * Ability to manage and expand our preferred customer base.
