**Position Objective** Coordinate, supervise, and execute electrification works in housing developments, ensuring that electrical installations comply with applicable standards, approved drawings, and quality and safety requirements, guaranteeing efficient and safe electricity supply to homes and common areas. **Main Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, and update electrical plans for urbanization and housing. * Manage CFE electrical projects for subdivisions (executive projects, feasibility, construction and service contracts). * Supervise the installation of medium and low voltage networks, public lighting, and residential service connections. * Coordinate with electrical contractors and verify compliance with technical specifications. * Monitor the physical and financial progress of the electrical project. * Verify the correct installation of load centers, switches, conduits, and protective devices in housing units. * Conduct continuity, insulation, and commissioning tests on electrical installations. * Ensure compliance with CFE regulations. * Prepare estimates, generators, and progress reports. * Ensure proper integration of electrical installations with other disciplines (plumbing, civil, finishes).
