




Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and analytical Payroll Assistant with experience in payroll processing, incident management, tax withholdings, IMSS administration, and regulatory compliance. We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and results-oriented **Payroll Assistant**, with solid experience in preparing, monitoring, and administering weekly and monthly payroll processes. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate handling of incidents, tax withholdings, IMSS-related transactions, and compliance with fiscal and labor obligations—guaranteeing accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to current regulations. This position requires a committed individual with strong ability to work under pressure, maintain a high level of precision, and collaborate effectively across departments such as supervision, treasury, and human resources administration. **Main Responsibilities:** Preparation of weekly and monthly payroll. (Final payroll reconciliation vs. pre-payroll). * Validation of ISR, amortizations, withholdings, and employee count. * Registration of income/enrollment/induction of new hires. * Receipt and reconciliation of incidents reported by supervisors and managers against timekeeping records, medical leaves, and emails. * Management of employee withholdings, including FONACOT, INFONAVIT amortizations, and tool deductions. * Preparation and delivery of final settlement documents (finiquitos). * Oversight of signature collection on attendance lists for unionized employees. * Sending electronic pay slips and payroll stamping (timbrado). * Coordination with treasury regarding policy records and checks. * Calculation of employer-employee contributions (monthly and bimonthly). * Calculation of bimonthly variable amounts. * Tracking of weekly and monthly savings fund withholdings per employee. • Submission of files for the Savings Fund. * IMSS registrations, terminations, and modifications. Knowledge of SICOSS is a plus.
