Implement continuous improvement and maintain quality standards. **EDUCATION: INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING, CHEMICAL ENGINEERING, MECHANICAL ENGINEERING, OR RELATED FIELD.** **Job Description** The LP Gas Plant Deputy Manager is responsible for supporting the Plant Manager in managing and operating the liquefied petroleum gas (LP) plant. Their primary function is to ensure daily operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all industry regulations and standards. Additionally, they supervise personnel, manage resources, and coordinate maintenance and infrastructure improvements at the plant. **Responsibilities** * **Daily Operations:** Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures. Monitor and optimize LP gas storage and distribution processes. * **Personnel Management:** Supervise and direct the workforce. Conduct performance evaluations and develop training plans. Foster a safe and productive work environment. * **Maintenance and Improvement:** Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Implement continuous improvement projects for processes and facilities. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. * **Administrative Management:** Prepare operational reports and reports for management. Manage inventory and stock control of materials and equipment. Control the budget allocated to their area. * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure the plant operates in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on laws and regulations applicable to the LP gas industry. REQUIREMENTS: * MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THE LP GAS INDUSTRY OR RELATED SECTORS. * EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISORY OR MANAGEMENT POSITIONS. * KNOWLEDGE OF LP GAS SAFETY STANDARDS AND REGULATIONS. * ABILITY TO HANDLE MULTIPLE TASKS AND PRIORITIES. * KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT. * CLIENT PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT. * AVAILABILITY TO WORK ROTATING SHIFTS. * AVAILABILITY TO RESPOND TO EMERGENCIES OUTSIDE REGULAR WORK HOURS. * CAPABILITY TO WORK IN INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS AND OUTDOORS.
