Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate activities, ensure achievement of objectives, perform material and energy balances, and guarantee compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Trains and develops personnel to foster a collaborative environment Join our team as a **Production Supervisor** Requirements: * Education: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field * Age: 25 to 35 years * Gender: No preference * Experience: In production, working with reactors, and personnel management * Knowledge: Boilers, physicochemical testing, BPM, Mass Balance, ISO 9001 * Availability to work rotating shifts Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the production team’s activities to ensure achievement of production and quality objectives. * Perform mass and energy balances to ensure operational efficiency and process sustainability. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safety culture within the team. * Train and develop personnel, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork. * Proactively identify and resolve operational issues by implementing effective solutions to improve productivity. * Monitor and report production performance, proposing necessary process improvements and adjustments. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and functional integration.
