Job Responsibilities** - Follow production processes and regulations; operate injection machines from startup to shutdown. - Conduct initial quality inspections, select defective products, record and report anomalies to the shift supervisor. - Periodically clean and maintain injection machines; collaborate to keep equipment in good condition. - Follow instructions from superiors, complete production tasks on time, and ensure plan progress. **II. Candidate Requirements** - Education level: high school or above. One year or more of experience in a plastic injection workshop is preferred. - Skill Requirements \- Understand injection machine structure and processes; independently install molds, adjust parameters, and remove products. \- Possess quality identification capability; recognize common defects. \- Understand safety regulations; strictly comply with operational regulations and avoid irregular operations. **III. Compensation** Monthly salary: 12,000 \- 18,000 MXN. (adjusted according to skills and performance). Professional Promotion: Training and promotion pathway.
