PICKING CENTER WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Position Summary: This position focuses on comprehensive inventory management, warehouse operations optimization, and team leadership to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery fulfillment. Key Highlights: 1. Manages physical and theoretical inventories and coordinates cyclic inventories. 2. Optimizes picking center efficiency and leads the operational team. 3. Implements process improvements and ensures compliance with safety standards. **POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Maintain alignment between physical and theoretical inventory; schedule and coordinate random and cyclic physical inventories. Analyze warehouse movements, keep layout updated, take follow-up actions on expiration priorities, allocations, and special events. Coordinate picking center operations, optimize picking efficiency, meet delivery deadlines, and lead the operational team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Participate in 5-minute safety talks. Schedule and coordinate random physical inventories. Conduct daily physical-theoretical inventory. Report critical products and inventory days. Address branch claims regarding shipment discrepancies. Track shipment discrepancies per route using discrepancy forms and statistical reports. Monitor short-dated items. Analyze and control warehouse movements. Track quality failures. Generate productivity reports. Inform the PKC Warehouse Supervisor about products requiring special allocation. Maintain daily operational communication with the Warehouse Supervisor and Incident Manager. Supervise shrinkage control and its application in SAP and RED. Comply with standard HACCP and SQF procedures. Handle RP and SAP. Implement and monitor correct execution of the “12 Best Safety Practices” tool. Track commercial returns in good and defective condition; track tastings and customer signatures; manage consignment packaging for commercial staff. Process Optimization: Implement improvements in product distribution to reduce picker travel time and improve resource utilization.
