Together, we can transform the future of health and leave a positive mark on the world! **Type of employee** Trust-based**Job objective** Provide and verify that appropriate attention and service are delivered to La Paz Pharmacy customers; review proper handling of funds; ensure compliance with company-established procedures and policies, as well as current regulations. **Responsibilities and activities** * Carry out activities aimed at acquiring new customers through promotional visits and calls * Provide point-of-sale customer service to help achieve established goals * Execute operational processes in accordance with current health regulations and internal policies. * Manage and perform administrative activities arising from pharmacy operations. * Carry out activities related to personnel management Experience * Experience in control and administration of medications (receiving, storage, distribution, and dispensing). 2 years * Inventory management, expiry date control, and medication traceability processes. 2 years * Experience applying good practices for medication storage and dispensing. 2 years Knowledge * Sales and customer service. * Computer skills. * Basic pharmacology and medication safety knowledge. * Knowledge of antibiotic, psychotropic, and narcotic drug control.
