Control transport routes and optimize overtime usage, while preparing daily operational reports to prevent customer complaints. 2. Prepare service route sheets and generate corresponding reports based on information from completed services, in order to evaluate performance and meet customer requirements. 3. Coordinate cash-in-transit service routes by scheduling shifts and assigning crews according to available resources—including personnel count and fleet size—to fulfill service conditions. Monitor the operations logbook entries: routes, crew assignments, departure and arrival times, armored vehicle identification, initial and final odometer readings. 4. Verify pending allocations with the Processing Department and client cash deliveries to schedule routes accordingly. 5. Draft incident reports for any anomalies occurring during operations. 6. Monitor local and out-of-town routes via radio communication with crews and telephone calls to clients, enabling necessary service adjustments to avoid disruptions and delays. 7. Schedule clients’ air transport services by assigning responsible personnel to ensure timely delivery of valuables.
