WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR – PICKING CENTER

Job Summary: Coordinate and optimize inventory and picking operations, lead teams, and ensure warehouse efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and optimization of physical and cycle inventories. 2. Analysis of warehouse movements and continuous process improvement. 3. Operational team leadership and compliance with safety standards. **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Maintain alignment between physical and theoretical inventory; schedule and coordinate random and cycle physical inventories. Analyze warehouse movements; keep layout updated; follow up on priorities related to expirations, allocations, and special events. Coordinate picking center operations; optimize picking efficiency; meet delivery deadlines; lead the operational team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Attend 5-minute safety talks. Schedule and coordinate random physical inventories. Conduct daily physical-theoretical inventory reconciliation. Report critical products and inventory days. Address branch claims regarding shipping discrepancies. Track shipping discrepancies per route using discrepancy forms and statistical reports. Monitor short-dated items. Analyze and control warehouse movements. Track quality failures. Generate productivity reports. Inform the PKC Warehouse Supervisor about products requiring special allocation. Maintain daily operational communication with the Warehouse Supervisor and Incident Manager. Supervise shrinkage control and its proper application in SAP and RED. Comply with standard HACCP and SQF procedures. Manage RP and SAP; implement and monitor correct execution of the “12 Best Safety Practices” tool. Track commercial returns (good and defective condition); track tastings and customer signatures; handle consignment packaging. Process Optimization: Implement improvements in product distribution to reduce picker travel time and enhance resource utilization.
