Job Objective: Supervise, coordinate, and execute dry goods picking operations, ensuring compliance with productivity, accuracy, and safety standards, as well as maintaining a disciplined, efficient, and results-oriented daily work environment. Responsibilities: * Assign personnel to designated areas and ensure timely commencement of activities. * Ensure achievement of operational targets per shift (lines picked, orders completed, accuracy). * Monitor individual and team performance, providing immediate feedback. * Lead by example on the floor and resolve minor personnel conflicts. * Verify proper use of equipment and compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Record and report operational, personnel, and system incidents. * Coordinate replenishments, slotting, and release of critical locations. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of operational flow. Requirements: * Education: Completed or ongoing degree in logistics or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a team leader or supervisor in logistics operations. * Technical knowledge of picking processes, inventory management, basic KPIs, and use of scanners or WMS. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
