Deliver the 'total loss' letter for license plate cancellation and inform the client about the claims settlement process. Generate CFDI (Mexican digital tax receipt) and collect the client’s signature on the consent letter. Collect vehicle-related documents, validate data and background information against internal and external systems, and forward the case file to the FRONT Customer Service Executive. Analyze insurance policies versus invoices to verify correct coverage and request AMIS code if errors are detected. Monitor the status of procedures with the FRONT Customer Service Executive and immediately communicate relevant information to the client. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration Experience in customer service and administrative functions. Experience in the banking or insurance sector. Desirable knowledge of ownership documents or accident-related documentation.
