This role requires excellent phone skills, fast learning ability, and proficiency with technological tools. The coordinator will be responsible for assigning shifts, filling vacancies, and maintaining constant communication with staff members. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ability to multitask in a dynamic office environment. * Schedule shifts for BrightStar employees and ensure coverage of active shifts. * Coordinate daily activities of caregiving staff. * Maintain constant contact with employees to confirm availability and shift assignments. * Professionally and promptly answer incoming calls. * Respond to text messages while handling phone calls. * Accurately document each call (both physical and digital notes). * Manage and update spreadsheets in Google Sheets for scheduling and tracking. * Use CRM tools to manage candidates and employees. * Maintain accurate personnel records in the system. * Receive referrals and inquiries. * Maintain integrity in interactions with caregivers and clients. * Solve problems and make decisions in a fast-paced environment. * Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
