Desirable knowledge: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Education/ Education: Industrial Engineer or related field Experience/ Experience: Internal: 3\-6 Months External: 1 Year Specific knowledge/ Specific knowledge: 8 D's, time and motion studies, blueprint reading and interpretation, computer software packages. Desirable knowledge/ Desirable knowledge: Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Languages/ Languages: 70% English **But what else? (advantages, specific features, etc.)** -------------------------------------------------------- Core Responsibilities * Lead the implementation of process improvements. * Develop and implement fixtures and poka-yokes. * Calculate proper production line balancing. * Ensure implementation and correct operation of the production system according to assigned roles and responsibilities. * Define and implement production manufacturing flows. * Ensure achievement of measurable targets aligned with assigned objectives. * Analyze and resolve issues related to the work area, tracking actions generated in various escalation systems. * Ensure timely updates of training modules, visual aids, and assessments related to production methods or processes. * Support the line supervisor in resolving floor-level production issues related to manufacturing processes. * Implement necessary health, safety, and environmental measures to maintain personnel physical integrity. * Analyze and ensure availability of required tooling and fixtures for the manufacturing process. * Promote and participate in the Safety Management System (SMS) / Flight Safety Culture. **Company Information** ----------------------- Safran is an international high\-technology group, operating in the aviation (propulsion, equipment and interiors), defense and space markets.
