




**Requirements:** * Completed degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar. * 2 to 3 years of experience in continuous improvement. * Experience in manufacturing industry (assembly). * 2 to 3 years of knowledge in Process Engineering. * 2 to 3 years of Lean Manufacturing experience. * **Must live in the northern part of the city without transportation issues.** * Responsible. * Intermediate Excel skills. **Activities and/or responsibilities:** * Collaborate with the quality team to ensure compliance with standards and regulations. * Implement and monitor automation and process digitization projects. * Identify and resolve production line issues through root cause analysis. * Provide technical support to production and maintenance departments. * Participate in training personnel on new processes and technologies. * Implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, among others. * Analyze time and motion studies to improve operational efficiency. (This activity is constant across all projects and products.) * Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and production standards. * Keep layout records updated according to current structure. * Validate transfer processes using time and motion studies to ensure rates are achievable. * Analyze all productive equipment required to achieve established targets. * Review availability of all documentation and analyze impacts on our operations. * Review and assess the condition of equipment and fixtures to be transferred, ensuring they are received in good condition and are appropriate. * Once documentation is received from the client, convert and upload it into our Quality Web system, ensuring installation on equipment and actively participating in related training. * Actively participate in validations and validation runs, ensuring accurate time measurements to quickly achieve the "run rate". * Coordinate the maintenance team. **We offer:** * Weekly salary * Weekly grocery vouchers * Free uniforms * Direct employment contract with the company * 50% vacation bonus * Savings fund * Savings box * Company computer and mobile phone * A day off on your birthday * 3 additional days off per year And much more...
