




Job Summary: This role is responsible for comprehensive maintenance management, including vendor selection, service request handling, team leadership, and regulatory compliance assurance. Key Highlights: 1. Manage maintenance operations and lead the area team 2. Select and evaluate maintenance service providers 3. Ensure compliance with regulations and safety procedures **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Select vendors for services outlined in the maintenance plan. 2. Address service requests submitted by branch managers and office staff. 3. Maintain fire prevention equipment in optimal condition. 4. Maintain and evaluate a portfolio of reliable vendors providing preventive and corrective maintenance services. 5. Monitor the effective implementation of the maintenance plan. 6. Lead the maintenance team by assigning tasks and verifying their completion. 7. Track performance indicators under the area’s responsibility and review them monthly with the team (e.g., adherence to the preventive maintenance plan, actual expenses versus budget, response to maintenance requests). 8. Comply with safety regulations applicable to performed work and fire extinguishers. 9. Ensure adherence to departmental processes and procedures. 10. Carry out other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor. 11. Participate in the company’s continuous improvement initiatives. 12. Complete the daily logbook and other control records and/or reports required by management. 13. Report any anomalies or incidents occurring during working hours to the immediate supervisor. 14. Maintain and monitor the 5S system. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Maintenance Engineering degree or related field * Residence in the southern part of the city (preferred) **EXPERIENCE:** * Building maintenance * Knowledge of office facility installations * Familiarity with machinery and tools Salary: $19,000.00 - $19,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
