Position Summary: Sears is seeking an experienced Security Manager in retail to protect assets, reduce shrinkage, and lead the security team. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinates and trains staff on security and critical processes. **Sears is Seeking a Security Manager in Puerta De Hierro \- Chihuahua, Chihuahua** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Security Manager** High school diploma completed (internal and external candidates) Experience as an in-house Security Manager Knowledge of camera surveillance systems, activity logs and patrol records, asset and valuables protection, access control, detection of shoplifters, merchandise protection, and civil protection Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CCTV systems Competencies include leadership potential, problem analysis and decision-making, conflict management, and results orientation Ensure corporate asset security through implementation of loss prevention and control strategies, protecting assets, inventory, and personnel. Responsible for reducing shrinkage, internal/external theft, and ensuring compliance with security policies across sales floors, warehouses, and offices. * Design and implement loss prevention and inventory control plans. Supervise and follow up on incidents of theft, fraud, or operational losses. Coordinate and train staff on security matters and proper handling of critical processes. Monitor video surveillance and alarm systems, ensuring their proper functionality. Conduct internal audits and prepare loss analysis reports. Establish KPIs and strategies to minimize in-store shrinkage. Coordinate with authorities in case of incidents or investigations. Lead the store’s security guards or security personnel. * Education: High school diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the retail sector (mandatory). Knowledge of access control, asset protection, CCTV, emergency protocols, and personnel management. Proficiency in reporting and analytical tools (intermediate-to-advanced Excel).
