**Profile and Requirements** **Academic Qualifications** Civil Engineering or Architecture professional **Experience** Minimum 3 years in civil construction projects **Skills** Analytical ability and attention to detail, Planning and organization, Teamwork and effective communication, Responsibility and commitment to project objectives. **Job Responsibilities and Functions** * Analytically review **executive project documents**, drawings, and technical specifications. * Prepare and update **item catalogs** and **quantity takeoffs**. * Develop **unit price analyses**, input matrices, and base budgets. * Formulate and control **construction schedules**. * Provide technical follow-up during construction execution, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions. * Prepare **technical reports and periodic progress reports** for project management. **Technical Knowledge** * Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications. * Software: **AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, Project, Neodata and/or Opus.** Work Location: Tepeji del Rio, Hgo.
