Job Summary: We are seeking a Premium Banker for a multinational financial institution, responsible for promoting and selling banking products, serving high-segment clients, and growing the portfolio. Maintain a strengthened Premium portfolio and advise clients **Do you have sales experience in the banking sector and are you looking for employment?** We invite you to join our team at a major Canadian multinational financial institution as: **Premium Banker** **\*General Requirements\*** * Minimum education: **\*Completed High School\*** with “certificate”, or preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration. * **\*Credit Bureau\*** record in good standing “with no outstanding debts”. (VERIFICATION IS CONDUCTED) * Proficiency in computer use and numerical skills. **\*Required Experience\*** * **\*Minimum verifiable 3 years of experience as an Account Executive or Premium Banker at a bank branch, promoting and selling banking products and services, and serving high-segment clients\*** **\*Available Schedule\*** Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the bank branch. **\*Responsibilities\*** * Enhance the profitability of clients assigned to your portfolio through excellent service. * Build and maintain a strengthened Premium portfolio and relationships with your assigned clients, fulfilling sales and service management responsibilities—identifying client needs, analyzing financial solutions, and resolving concerns through accurate advisory support. * Identify business opportunities among clients in your portfolio. * Ensure all clients have a positive experience. **\*We Offer\*** * \*Gross monthly salary of **\*$23,000 to 25,000 \+ monthly bonus (subject to goal achievement)** * \*Additional **\*monthly performance-based bonus\*** * \*Payment method: **\*bi-monthly\*** * \*Statutory and above-statutory benefits: * \*\*15.1% food vouchers. * \*\*20 vacation days in the first year. * \*\*30 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * \*\*50% vacation premium. * \*\*Major medical expense insurance. * \*\*Life insurance. * \*\*Profit-sharing in May. * \*\*Preferential interest rates on bank products. * \*\*Direct hiring by the bank. * \*\*100% IMSS registration. **\*Work Location\*** C.
