




Responsibilities: \- Greet guests with a smile and provide a warm welcome. \- Manage the check\-in and check\-out process efficiently. \- Perform billing and cash register closing. \- Handle reservations and coordinate with other departments to ensure an exceptional guest experience. \- Keep the reception area organized and provide information about local services and activities. Requirements: \- Previous experience in reception or customer service (preferable in the hospitality industry). \- Ability to speak English at 80% proficiency \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. \- Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus.
