IN COMPUTER SYSTEMS ENGINEERING** Requirements * Education: **Computer Systems Engineering only** (degree holder or intern). * Minimum experience: 2 verifiable years leading technical teams and managing operational resources. **(Minimum of 5 people)** * Knowledge: CCTV, networking, structured cabling, fire detection systems, access control systems, and applicable regulations. * Skills: leadership, KPI management, planning, problem-solving, and effective communication. Position Objective Supervise and direct the technical team in executing security (CCTV), fire detection, and access control projects, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient use of human and material resources. Key Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise technical projects (installation, maintenance, and repair). * Lead and motivate field-based technical teams, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to timelines and standards. * Monitor personnel performance indicators (KPIs): productivity, quality, timeliness, and rework. * Manage material resources, tools, vehicles, and operating budget. * Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and technical management regarding project progress and delivery. * Ensure compliance with NOM, NFPA standards, and Civil Protection protocols. Conditions: * Location: Chihuahua, Chih. (willingness to travel required). * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., with emergency response as needed. * Resources: Phone, laptop, vehicle, and specialized tools. * Employment type: Full-time, statutory benefits, and additional perks.
