We are seeking a **General Manager** to lead and optimize the entire operational chain of the machinery manufacturing company, adhering to international quality standards. This role is critical to ensuring continuity, efficiency, and quality in production and national and international logistics, and is responsible for overseeing production, supply chain, and continuous improvement under **ISO 9001** and **Lean Manufacturing** standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead daily operations, supervise production, and ensure efficiency. * Lead the supply chain: procurement, sourcing, inventory, and logistics. * Implement process improvements in manufacturing to reduce costs and optimize resources. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and industry regulatory standards. * Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure project manufacturability. * Manage performance and development of operational staff. * Negotiate with domestic and international clients and understand their needs with a **customer-centric** focus. * Coordinate technical/commercial visits alongside specialized teams. * Guarantee efficient, safe, and customer-oriented operations. * Desired experience with certifications **UL, ETL, CSA, NSF**. **Requirements:** * Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field. * 7+ years in manufacturing, metalworking, or automation. * Experience in leadership, continuous improvement, and supply chain. * Advanced English proficiency. * Willingness to travel. * Valid visa. * Commercial experience with analytical vision and customer orientation. * Ability to manage teams and make strategic decisions. * Effective communication and negotiation skills. **Key Skills** * Leadership and team management * Planning and organization * Continuous improvement * Results orientation * Negotiation and effective communication Employment type: Full-time Salary: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company vehicle * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company phone Work location: On-site employment
