Job type: Full-time Job Description At Mister Picañas, a Brazilian\-Mexican cuisine restaurant, we are seeking a Branch Manager with strong process orientation, operational control, and personnel management skills. The role is responsible for standardizing procedures, supervising daily operations, and ensuring a well-selected, trained, and evaluated team. Responsibilities Operations and Processes * Create, update, and implement operational procedures (SOPs) in kitchen, bar, cashier, and service areas. * Design and manage daily, weekly, and monthly checklists. * Supervise opening, closing, cleaning, ambiance, service times, and dish quality. Personnel Management * Recruit, select, and hire branch staff. * Manage and archive employment contracts and personnel documentation. * Prepare weekly payroll, track working hours, incidents, and tips. * Train staff on operational processes, service, and brand standards. * Lead teams of waiters, kitchen staff, bartenders, and cleaners. Sales and KPIs * Measure and improve sales performance per waiter (upselling, suggestive selling, average ticket). * Monitor daily sales, average ticket, dish turnover, and operational KPIs. * Develop service and sales improvement actions based on actual metrics. Administrative Control * Supervise inventory, waste, purchases, and operating costs. * Ensure proper use of Soft Restaurant and cash controls. * Handle and resolve customer complaints. Requirements * 3\+ years of experience as manager or assistant manager in restaurants or service chains. * Proven experience in creating processes, checklists, and operational control. * Experience in recruitment, hiring, contract management, and payroll processing. * Solid knowledge of inventory, costs, waste, and hygienic food handling. * Ability to lead teams of 10\+ people. * Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented profile. * POS system proficiency (Soft Restaurant preferred). * Flexible availability.
