




Job Summary: The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, maintaining, picking, packing, and shipping materials, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Warehouse maintenance and security **OBJECTIVE:** The Warehouse Clerk performs activities related to receiving, inventory maintenance, picking, packing, delivery, and shipping of materials. The role also includes counter deliveries, cleaning, and other tasks associated with ensuring safety and quality. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Receive all incoming materials. * Verify incoming materials as well as documentation for warehouse and computer system entry. * Reject and/or annotate documentation indicating materials that are not as requested, damaged, incomplete, or erroneous, ensuring appropriate records are made both on documentation and in the system. * Place received materials in designated warehouse locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate materials upon prior notice to the warehouse supervisor. * Record and update purchase order and material receipts, issues, and status in the AS400 / eCrib system. * Deliver requested materials per warehouse procedures, using required documentation and recording transactions in the computer system. * Notify customers upon receipt of urgent materials requiring immediate delivery. * Prepare records and reports required by warehouse processes and the immediate supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse, receiving and delivery areas, and corridors. * Properly use work tools and, where applicable, transportation equipment such as forklifts; administer preventive maintenance programs to ensure proper equipment operation and adherence to safety practices for warehouse operations. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: **EDUCATION:** Junior high school or high school diploma. **EXPERIENCE:** Proven experience as a warehouse clerk or warehouse supervisor, inventory control, and logistics within the industry. **SKILLS:** Experience in receiving and organizing materials in warehouses. Basic mathematical skills and basic computer operation knowledge. Experience operating transportation units, depending on the specific requirements of each warehouse/site. **ATTRIBUTES:** Customer service orientation. No physical restrictions preventing lifting, bending, or handling packages.
