Supply Planner II

As a Supply Planner II here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for gathering and managing information about our business’ capacity to meet customer demand. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the supply chain planning and execution process within the Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA) business. You will be responsible for ensuring the availability of materials and products to meet customer demand and optimize inventory levels. * Develop and execute supply plans to meet customer demand and achieve on\-time shipments * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability * Monitor and analyse demand patterns and adjust supply plans accordingly * Identify and resolve supply chain issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date data in the supply planning system * Support the implementation of new products and manage the transition of existing products **YOU MUST HAVE** * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field * At least 3 years of experience in supply chain planning in fabrication areas/metal mechanics * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Proficiency in supply planning systems and tools * Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English * Knowledge of demand forecasting and inventory management (MRP systems, Oracle is desired) * Experienced in Excel **WE VALUE** * Experience in the industrial automation and metal mechanic industry * APICS certification (CPIM) \#LI\-Onsite Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition. In our ‘always on’ world, we believe it’s essential to have a genuine connection with the work you do. **GENERAL** Under direct supervision of team leaders, performs one operation or a series of operations in the manufacturing process within a production line; receives certified training in the operations of assigned areas, either Fiber Optic or Electromechanical. Additionally, operational skills training (On the Job Training) is scheduled when required experience is lacking, and upon certification, a workstation will be assigned. Also performs any administrative activities necessary to carry out the role. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Reviews materials for the model to be produced. Keeps work area clean and organized. Completes production reports. Uses tools appropriate to the operation. Performs operations according to established work instructions. Complies with established safety rules. Complies with internal work regulations. Inspects quality checkpoints in their operation. Communicates detected defects to their team. Executes operations based on authorized procedures, methods, and work instructions. Suggests improvements in manufacturing processes. May participate in additional plant activities such as safety brigades, joint safety committees, cafeteria review committees, etc., as required by plant needs. This position/function is responsible for understanding and following the requirements of the Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System, its Policy, and applicable standards and procedures. **EDUCATION** Completed primary education and/or incomplete secondary education **REQUIRED SKILLS** Good manufacturing practices.
