




Position Summary: Responsible for selling, advising, and promoting new businesses to drive growth within the SME segment, individuals, legal entities, and nominees. Key Highlights: 1. Primary role in selling and promoting new SME businesses. 2. Maintain close business relationships with clients and branch. 3. Strategic commercial partner for the assigned branch. Responsibilities: Primary responsibility for Sales, Advisory, Generation, and Promotion of new businesses that drive growth for the SME segment, Self-Employed Individuals, Legal Entities, and Nominees of the assigned branch—based on comprehensive knowledge of products, end-to-end processes, and services offered to this segment. This position requires extensive knowledge of SME credit and all Cash Management products, including payroll-related offerings. * Maintain close business relationships with segment clients, the assigned branch, and its areas of influence, serving as the liaison between clients and central bank departments to deliver comprehensive advisory and high-quality service. * Establish oneself as a commercial partner of the assigned branch by generating and referring nominee portfolios to enable cross-selling and appropriate day-to-day post-sales service for enterprises and employees. * Responsible for achieving targets jointly established by the SME Segment Directorate, Business Solutions Segment Directorate, Commercial Model Directorate, and Territorial VPs, promoting and selling products and services designed for the SME segment (Legal Entities and Self-Employed Individuals) within their sphere of influence. **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Administration * Work experience in promotion and sales within the SME segment **\*\*Under no circumstances are pregnancy or HIV tests requested\*\*** **\*\*Scotiabank is an inclusive employer that respects diversity and does not engage in any form of discrimination\*\*** Scotiabank is a leading bank in the Americas.
