Through teamwork and your ideas, we can continue being the trusted partner we need to be today and in the future.**Scope** --------- Mexico (All Business Units & Plants in Mexico)**Job Type** ------------------ **Job Description** -------------------------- Objective: * Develop planning, organizing, directing, integrating, and controlling strategies jointly with process engineers for new project and series development to improve performance, application, and understanding of the AMEF-P methodology. * Ensure updating and implementation of internal standards to comply with current regulations and/or requirements through an audit and training plan for personnel responsible for conducting and participating in the analysis. Responsibilities: * Prepare the annual audit plan for new projects and series, referencing project development stages and the annual review plan generated by plants, to evaluate compliance, adherence to requirements, and quality of generated information. * Generate monthly performance indicators by analyzing data from audits conducted, aiming to formulate an action plan for improving results in subsequent audits. * Evaluate the application of the AMEF methodology through audits of new projects and series to ensure alignment with requirements defined in internal and external standards and procedures. * Analyze results and generate action plans to ensure compliance with specific customer requirements and guidelines defined in the procedure. * Continuously improve administrative and production processes by applying problem-solving methodologies and lessons learned through periodic reviews of standards and procedures to ensure the quality of analyses performed and corresponding documentation development. * Advise and train process and industrial engineers for new projects and series by developing materials to ensure competence in the methodology and software usage for AMEF-P development. * Ensure implementation of new standards and/or requirements by updating instructions and procedures to meet internal and external customer needs. * Monitor and implement software through system audits and staff training on tool usage to standardize its use across Group plants. * Identify and resolve internal customer needs by analyzing evaluation results to enhance understanding and application of the methodology. * Actively participate in reverse AMEF execution and AMEF reviews for new projects and series, based on specific internal and customer requirements, to provide guidance and conduct lessons-learned sessions across Group plants. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- **Required Language** -------------------- Basic English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- More than 4 years**Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
