Audiovisual Producer

At Radiorama Chihuahua, a leading radio group, we are looking for a creative, proactive, and passionate **Audiovisual Producer** to join our Marketing department. This person will be responsible for bringing the content creation team's ideas to life by developing pieces that connect with our audiences across the group's social media platforms. **Responsibilities** Produce, edit, and optimize audiovisual content ensuring technical quality, visual consistency, and timely delivery, in order to strengthen the group's digital presence. * Record, edit, and post-produce videos for social media, campaigns, and internal projects. * Collaborate with the marketing and content creation teams to develop engaging visual and narrative concepts. * Adapt content for different formats and platforms (Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). * Ensure the visual style aligns consistently with each station's identity. * Operate basic recording equipment: camera, audio microphones, lighting. * Stay updated on video trends and digital formats. * Support special coverage or recordings inside or outside the studio/booth. The described duties are not limited, as required for the proper execution of the activities mentioned. **Requirements** * Proficiency in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar). * Knowledge of photography, lighting, composition, and audio capture. * Creativity to generate original ideas aligned with current social media trends. * Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and willingness to work in a team. * Availability to cover occasional events outside regular working hours.
