




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll calculation and payment process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the correct application of earnings. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive supervision and coordination of the payroll process 2. Guarantee of compliance with tax, labor, and social security regulations 3. Handling of payroll incidents and administration of employee records **Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation * Processing of employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * Calculation of vacation bonus, year-end bonus, and severance payments * Preparation and submission of SIPARE * Preparation and submission of ISN * SIROC **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the complete payroll calculation and payment process (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Ensure compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations. * Ensure accurate application of deductions, earnings, and employee benefits. * Coordinate payroll stamping in accordance with SAT regulations. * Handle payroll-related incidents (e.g., disabilities, terminations, hires, overtime, etc.). * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
