Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll calculation and payment process, ensuring regulatory compliance and the correct application of earnings and deductions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and coordination of payroll calculation and payment 2. Ensuring compliance with tax and labor regulations 3. Handling payroll incidents and administration of employee records **Knowledge:** * Payroll calculation * Processing employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments * Calculation of vacation bonus, year-end bonus, and severance payments * Preparation and submission of SIPARE * Preparation and submission of ISN * SIROC **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate the entire payroll calculation and payment process (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). * Ensure compliance with current tax, labor, and social security regulations. * Ensure correct application of deductions, earnings, and employee benefits. * Coordinate payroll stamping in accordance with SAT regulations. * Handle payroll-related incidents (e.g., disabilities, terminations, onboarding, overtime, etc.). * Administer and maintain up-to-date employee records in the payroll system.
