A leading company in the leasing sector invites you to join its team as Fleet Manager **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering or related field. * Experience in vehicle fleet management. * Solid knowledge of gasoline engine mechanics. * Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, administrative control, and coordination with external workshops. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, KPI tracking). * Ability to analyze technical information and make operational decisions. * Preferred: Experience in leasing companies, logistics, or transportation. **Responsibilities:** * Validate and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet performed by external providers. * Ensure operational availability of vehicles in the field. * Control and validate administrative procedures related to fleet operation and maintenance. * Analyze and report key performance indicators (KPIs). * Coordinate incidents, warranty claims, and activities related to repairs or failures. **Work Location and Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexible schedule available). * Chihuahua, Chihuahua. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits + additional benefits.
