Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineer with experience in the stamping industry to coordinate projects and develop new products, applying engineering principles and metallurgical knowledge. English (advanced\-conversational) — fully bilingual **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in the Stamping Industry. * Project management. * Coordination of new product development. * Try-out scheduling. * Interpretation of drawings, specifications, and blueprints. * Manufacturing processes. * Fundamental principles of progressive die stamping. * Application of engineering principles. * Basic metallurgy of metals per ISO TS16949\. * Execution of testing techniques (try-outs). * Product performance evaluation. * Blueprint interpretation, geometric tolerances, SPC application, * FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP. * Knowledge of metal stampings. * Finite element analysis or simulations focused on forming. * Knowledge of die design and manufacturing. * Design / collaboration in stamped part design. * Knowledge of materials used in stamping: HSLA, AHSS, SS, Al **Benefits:** Opportunity for professional growth Benefits exceeding statutory requirements Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $32,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
